THALIE PARIS X FABRICE AUSSET
Thalie Paris, A new eco-designed luxury leather goods brand
The young French haute maroquinerie brand Thalie Paris has adopted
an eco-responsible approach by choosing recyclable and recycled materials.
The Thalie collection includes three ranges of materials:
the "Sushi" collection designed in Squama®,
a salmon leather co-produced from the food industry
and supplied by the French tannery Ictyos Cuir Marin de France;
the "Cactus", a PETA-certified vegan line made of cactus fiber from Mexico;
and the "Upcycled" collection manufactured from
dormant stocks of leather from the luxury goods industry.
Turnstile clasps finished in galvanized gold and hand machined in Italy
sublimate the models manufactured in limited series
in France and Southern Europe, depending on the lines.
Sixteen timeless models, whose shapes are inspired by the modern art of the 1930s,
make the first collection, pre-launched in October on the brand's e-shop www.thalieparis.com.
The Thalie Virtual Showroom
A virtual showroom also curated by Atelier7Sven in partnership with Fabrice Ausset.
Viewers will be able to find in Thalie’s showroom the Webwood coffee table,
a self-supporting structure made with Oregon pine and sculpted marble,
as well as the Studiolo sofa, a limited series combining the finesse of a textile weave
with the robustness of a platinum bronze steel frame.
The meeting of these two universes highlights the values
of innovation and elegance dear to both.
